Pouring instructions
It’s almost time: your Steinbach beer is ready to be poured. With these quick instructions, you’ll have it done in no time.
Rinse the rubber gasket with water and …Gummidichtung mit Wasser abspülen und …
… push it all the way back into the tap hole.
Rinse the tap, close it, and insert it into the tap hole.
Press the tap firmly into place by hand – do not use a hammer!
Pour a first beer to relieve the pressure.
Remove the protective cap on top.
Slide the vent onto the metal fitting on the side.
Turn the vent screw clockwise until the pressure is released.

!!! Ball valve – no beer spills when removing.
When finished: Pull out the tap and rinse it with clean water. Screw the vent screw
back and remove the vent. Push the protective cap back on. Thank you!
